La Belle Epoque - Times gone By

I will start here a series about Fort Edmonton, this amazing heritage park in Edmonton, where three villages from distinct times (1885, 1905 anmd 1920) surround Edmonton fur trading Fort from the 18-19th Century. You see amazing things and meet distinct gentlemen and beautiful ladies who talk about their lives in those times and with whom you may even dance a Charleston in the city Hotel Hall, at the sound of a nice gramophone. My wife and I danced with this lady and her mates.

St. Matthew Lutheran

Ancient Moravian church in Calgary, AB, now Lutheran and city Heritage Site. When you arrive by Memorial Drive, from Deerfoot Trail, you can see this church on a hill right in front of the beautiful city skyline which is a few blocks farther. Observe the detail of the golden door!
